Posted on 20/03/24

We’re pleased to invite you to the “Women in Healthcare” Alumni Panel Discussion on Thursday, March 21st, 2024, from 5 to 7 PM at David Game Higher Education, located on Jewry Street in Aldgate.

Agenda:

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Networking session with tea, coffee, and snacks

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Panel discussion led by Prosperine Chibule,

In honour of Women’s Month this March, we invite you to gain insights into London’s Health and Social Care sector. Our alumni, who have previously studied Health and Social Care at DGHE, will share their inspiring stories of success in this industry. Discover how our panellists navigated challenges on their educational and career journeys, and learn about the diverse opportunities within the sector.

During the panel discussion, the panellists will share their personal journeys, highlighting the challenges they faced and how they overcame them. Despite obstacles such as balancing family obligations, managing work commitments, or overcoming language barriers, these inspiring women have achieved remarkable success in the healthcare field as managers, entrepreneurs or have pursued postgraduate studies.

The event begins at 5 PM with a networking session, providing attendees with an opportunity to connect with each other. The subsequent panel discussion aims to offer valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities within the industry, covering topics such as returning to education as an adult, balancing studies with work and family obligations, and exploring career pathways post-qualification.

If you wish to register your attendance, please do so via this link: Eventbrite Tickets.
