Ailie Spence
Digital Learning Technologist (DLT)
Ailie brings over three years of experience in learning technology, with a strong background in developing and converting learning content, as well as delivering training on new technologies. With six years in IT and additional experience in marketing and content creation, Ailie combines technical expertise with a creative approach to problem solving.
Originally from Essex, Ailie has lived all over England before settling in Norwich, where they appreciate the vibrant local arts and culture scene. They hold a BA in Photography, which continues to inspire their personal and professional pursuits.
Outside of work, Ailie enjoys crafting projects such as lino cutting, paper sculpture, crochet and cyanotypes, as well as indulging their love for fantasy through regular Dungeons and Dragons games. They also love spending time with their cat, Morag, and exploring nature on walks around the beautiful Norfolk countryside. With Scottish roots, Ailie makes regular trips to Scotland to visit family
