DGHE Scores Over Average in National Student Survey (NSS) 2024 Results!

Our latest National Student Survey (NSS) results are in and we got great feedback from David Game Higher Education students!

The NSS is an opportunity for students across the UK to give their honest opinions about their education providers every year. It is critical to the quality assurance and regulation of higher education providers, and we take the results from our students very seriously to help us self-assess and improve.

In 2024, DGHE scored 11% over the Higher Education national average with a 92% overall positive rating! Our NSS results are also up since 2023 by 1.3%.

Our students feel supported.

When asked “How well have teaching staff supported your learning?” students scored DGHE 98.5% positively!

This compares to a  sector average of 85.7% (we’re 12.8% above the average).

We strike a good balance.

When asked “To what extent does your course have the right balance of directed and independent study?” students scored us 93.3% positively!

This compares to a sector average of 77.4% (we’re 15.9% above the average).

Lecturers offer students useful feedback.

When asked “How often does feedback help you to improve your work?”  students scored DGHE 91.8% positively! 

This compares to a sector average of 72.7% (we’re 19.1% above the average).

DGHE offers holistic support.

When asked “How well communicated was information about your university/college’s mental wellbeing support services?” We were rated 94.6% positively!

This compares to a sector average of 78.6% (we’re 16% above the average).

We listen to our students.

When asked “How clear is it that students’ feedback on the course is acted on?” Our positively rating was 79.7%

This compares to a sector average of 66.9% (we’re 12.8% above the average).

 

DGHE student feel supported, balanced, listened to  and informed! This is what we aim for every year.

We strive to continue achieving strong results to benefit DGHE students by learning from all the feedback provided in NSS surveys and other opportunities we offer our students to let us know what’s working well for them and what we can improve.
