Posted on 10/02/25

At DGHE, we love celebrating our students’ achievements, and Kalman Majzik’s journey is a fantastic example of ambition and perseverance. From excelling in his studies to becoming “Manager of the Year” at just 24, and now pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), his story highlights the power of education.

A Journey of Growth and Success

While studying for his HND and Bachelor’s in Business Management, Kalman not only achieved excellent academic results but also played an active role as a student representative.

“My experience at David Game Higher Education was exceptional and transformative, shaping both my academic and professional growth,” he shares.

Kalman applied what he learned at DGHE directly to his full-time management role, leading to his recognition as “Manager of the Year.”

“Applying the knowledge I gained during my studies to my full-time management role led to me being awarded ‘Manager of the Year’—a significant milestone at the age of 24, as no one had achieved that before,” he recalls.

Encouraged by his success and the support from DGHE, Kalman decided to take on a new challenge—a DBA in strategic management within the IT sector.

“Even after completing my studies, the support from the staff and lecturers continued, motivating and encouraging me to pursue further education,” he says.

Kalman’s journey is proof that hard work and education open doors. His achievements continue to inspire.
