Mihaela brings over 10 years of cross-sector experience spanning banking, finance, education operations, immigration, and compliance management. Since joining the higher education sector in 2020, Mihaela has applied in-depth knowledge of immigration laws across Europe, the USA, Canada, and the UK, with a renewed focus on UK immigration and compliance since 2023. Passionate about fostering an inclusive and compliant environment, Mihaela is dedicated to ensuring the institution meets all legal and regulatory requirements for sponsoring international students.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, yoga, swimming, and travelling the world.
