Yuliya Kovalchuk

Yuliya Kovalchuk

Senior English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Tutor

Having graduated, Yuliya completed two master’s degrees: in English Studies and Teaching English as a Foreign Language. She has extensive experience as an EFL teacher and Cambridge English-speaking Examiner. Recently she has developed a strong interest in English for Academic Purposes and Study Skills, which she is currently delivering at DGHE. She believes in the transformative power of education and takes pride in helping students achieve their full potential while providing an excellent learning experience.

Yuliya has lived in four different countries and considers herself a cultural hybrid. She speaks five languages (thinks in three) and is studying the sixth one. More than anything in the world, she loves exploring new places. In her free time, she does yoga and pilates and goes on long walks.
